Theme Commentary

One of the essential themes in yoga is grounding. At its core, being grounded means you are able to stay calm and self-connected in the face of uncertainty. You protect yourself from the anxiety of being constantly on edge, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Grounding represents a sense of calm, centered on the core of who you are, and connected to the present moment. It allows you to feel safe and well-anchored, even in the midst of chaos.

Mantras

I am grounded and centered.

I am safe and well-anchored

Theme Commentary

Intuition is the wisdom we gain from living. It’s the ability to recognize patterns, make connections, and sense what feels right based on our experiences. It’s not guesswork. It’s not mystical. It’s your nervous system recognizing patterns faster than your mind can articulate them. When people say, “I just knew,” what they’re really describing is the convergence of experience, perception, and presence. That natural clarity, that sense of knowing, is intuition. It’s strengthened by presence, reflection, and practices (like yoga) that quiet the mind so deeper knowing can surface.

Mantras

Clarity grows in stillness

Experience speaks before thought catches up
