Theme Commentary

Serenity isn’t the absence of chaos. It’s the ability to remain rooted while life continues to move around you. The world teaches us to chase peace by controlling circumstances.  Finishing the to-do list.  Fixing every problem.   Getting everyone else to cooperate. But serenity works in the opposite direction. It begins as an internal choice: to breathe before reacting, to soften instead of stiffening, to return to center again and again. Like balancing in Tree Pose, serenity isn’t never wobbling—it’s simply returning after every wobble.

Mantras

Serenity comes from within.

Peace begins here; calm is my choice.
