Theme Commentary

Posture is how you present yourself anatomically and emotionally. Your external posture both reflects and shapes your inner state. Expansion expresses confidence. Contraction accesses empathy and inward awareness. When we adjust the body, the mind responds; when we shift the mind, the body reorganizes. Posture is the meeting point between the two. Even smiling or frowning, which are physical displays of posture, can affect emotion.

Mantras

Posture is the bridge between my inner world and outer expression.

Strengthening my posture is a daily act of self-respect.
