Holistic Wellness Yoga is a blend of Vinyasa, Yin, anatomical awareness, and meditation. Each class has a distinct theme that shapes the poses, format, and closing savasana. This combined approach helps you foster a greater sense of well-being and whole-body wellness. You’ll re-educate your muscles to ease pain, reclaim mobility, and lessen stress.

Keep in mind any personal injuries or limitations and consult with your physician before signing up.

Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a small hand towel, and an open heart.

RYS 200 instructor Linda Gorchels (with additional certifications in yin, meditation, and yoga anatomy) offers a practical approach to total wellness.
