Definition:

Strength is the capacity to manage load, physically or mentally.  On the physical level, muscular and skeletal systems get stronger by managing exertion for functional strength.  Bodyweight drills, sustained holds (isometric contractions to engage muscles), and resistance using blocks are the foundation. On a mental and nervous system level, breath plus focus regulate the stress response.
