Perseverance is steadfastness in doing something despite difficulties, obstacles, or distractions. In yoga, we practice perseverance by breathing through discomfort, adjusting when needed, and continuing forward even when things feel challenging. This sequence intentionally includes poses that require patience, balance, and sustained effort—mirroring how perseverance works in life.
